摘 要:航空涡轮发动机燃料的润滑性问题由来已久,世界各国都对该燃料的润滑性进行了研究,制定了相应的评价方法和试验仪器,并经过不断修正和完善,最终在燃料质量规范中明确了润滑性指标要求和标准试验方法。西方普遍采用球柱润滑评定试验法ASTM D5001a考察喷气燃料的润滑性,要求磨斑直径小于0.85 mm;国内目前等效采用SH/T 0687,并要求民用磨斑直径不大于0.85 mm,军用不大于0.65 mm。The lubricity problem of aviation turbine engine fuel has existed for a long time. The lubricity of the fuel has been studied all over the world,and the corresponding evaluation methods and test instruments have been developed. After constant modification and improvement,the lubricity index requirements and standard test methods are finally specified in the fuel quality specification. ASTM D5001 a is widely applied to evaluate the lubricity of jet fuel in western countries and the wear scar diameter is required to be less than 0. 85 mm. At present,SH/T 0687 is equivalently adopted to test the lubricity of aviation engine fuel in China,while the wear diameter is required to be also no more than 0. 85 mm for civil use and no more than 0. 65 mm for military use.
