摘　　要：玉米研究所作为辽宁省玉米科研成果转化与技术转移政策试点单位,近年来通过不断实践与探索,积累了丰富的经验。玉米研究所多年来一直致力于玉米新品种转化与新技术转移等工作,通过加强组织领导,激发创新活力,进一步完善科研成果管理体系,成果转化工作取得了较好成效,从而加快了科技成果转移转化的速度和效率,调动了科技人员工作的积极性,为进一步完善辽宁省农业科学院科技成果转移转化的保障机制提供实践经验。Maize Research Institute,as a pilot unit for the policies of the scientific achievements transformation and technology transfer of maize in Liaoning province,has accumulated rich experience in recent years through the continuous practice and exploration.Maize Research Institute has been committed to the transformation of new maize varieties and the transfer of new technologies for many years.By strengthening organizational leadership,stimulating innovation,and further improving the management system of scientific achievements,the achievement transformation has achieved good results,thus accelerated speed and efficiency of the transformation and transfer of scientific and technological achievements,which greatly mobilizes the enthusiasm of scientific and technical staff,and provides practical experience for further improving the guarantee mechanism of the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements of Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
