摘　　要：目的:探讨细胞免疫治疗对晚期卵巢癌的临床疗效及预后的影响。方法:回顾性分析102例晚期卵巢癌患者的临床资料,实施化疗的为对照组,实施细胞免疫联合化疗的为观察组。比较2组客观缓解率(ORR)、细胞免疫功能及预后情况。结果:观察组ORR高于对照组(84.31%vs 54.90%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CD3^(+)[(63.15±12.36)vs(51.28±12.69)%]、NK指标水平[(25.42±6.15)vs(15.39±6.14)%]及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值[(1.46±0.18)vs(0.98±0.12)]均高于对照组,CD4^(+)CD25^(+)水平低于对照组[(8.16±2.57)vs(10.89±5.27)%],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总毒副反应发生率低于对照组(50.98%vs 72.55%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细胞免疫联合化疗晚期卵巢癌患者疗效确切,可改善患者细胞免疫功能,降低毒副反应。Objective:To explore the effect of cellular immunotherapy on the clinical efficacy and prognosis of advanced ovarian cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 102 patients with advanced ovarian cancer were retrospectively analyzed.The control group was treated with chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with cellular immunity combined with chemotherapy.The objective response rate(ORR),cellular immune function and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results:The ORR(84.31%vs 54.90%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the observation group CD3^(+)[(63.15±12.36)vs(51.28±12.69)%],NK index level[(25.42±6.15)vs(15.39±6.14)%]and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio[(1.46±0.18)vs(0.98±0.12)]was higher than the control group.The level of CD4^(+)and CD25^(+)was significantly lower than that of the control group[(8.16±2.57)vs(10.89±5.27)%],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);total toxicity in the observation group occurred The rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(50.98%vs 72.55%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cellular immunity combined with chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of patients with advanced ovarian cancer.The cellular immune function of the patients is greatly improved,and the prognosis of toxicity is significantly reduced.
