摘 要:目的:探讨用于显微硬度仪测试牙齿秞质的标本制作方法,为深入研究秞质结构提供精确的实验模型。方法:选取人类牙齿秞质作为实验对象,将釉质块精细磨削和基底包埋后对秞质表面进行显微硬度测试。结果:经过包埋后的标本表面显微硬度测试结果恒定,表面压痕规则清晰,可信度高。结论:精细磨削后配合包埋制作基底,能够满足显微硬度仪测试的要求,是一种简便实用的显微硬度测试模型制作方法。Objective:To investigate the sample preparation for micro-penetration hardness examination on human teeth,so as to provide accurate experimental models for in-depth study of dental structure.Methods:The human tooth squamous material was selected as experimental subject.After cutting,grinding,polishing,embedding and repolishing,the samples’micro-penetration hardness on their faces was examined.Results:The results were constant and credible after the steps mentioned above,and there was clear and regular press mark on the face.Conclusion:After fine grinding,with the embedding to make the substrate,it can meet the requirements of the microhardness test.Therefore,it is a simple and practical method for making the microhardness test model。
