放射性核素氯化锶联合云克治疗乳腺癌骨转移的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨放射性核素氯化锶(89SrCl2)联合云克对乳腺癌骨转移患者疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法:选取80例乳腺癌骨转移患者,随机分为联合治疗组(40例),使用89SrCl2联合云克治疗;云克治疗组(40例),使用云克治疗。比较2组骨痛程度、骨转移病灶好转率、生活质量及治疗安全性。结果:联合治疗组与云克治疗组骨痛程度比较0级(8例vs 4例)、Ⅰ级(26例vs 22例)、Ⅱ级(6例vs 14例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组骨转移病灶好转率(50.00%)高于云克治疗组(27.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组情感状况[(16.12±3.89)vs(14.48±2.55)分]、生理状况[(13.24±2.39)vs(11.43±2.75)分]、功能状况[(14.49±2.65)vs(12.30±2.14)分]、社会/家庭状况评分[(18.45±2.15)vs(17.15±3.24)分]和生活质量总分[(60.66±6.23)vs(57.05±6.14)]高于云克治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论:乳腺癌骨转移患者接受89SrCl2联合云克治疗可有效改善病情,减轻骨痛程度,提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of strontium chloride(89SrCl2)combined with Yunke on pain and quality of life in patients with bone metastasis of breast cancer.Methods:80 cases of breast cancer patients with bone metastasis were selected and randomly divided into group A(40 cases)and group B(40 cases).Group B was treated with Yunke,group A was treated with 89SrCl2 combined with Yunke.The degree of bone pain,improvement rate of bone metastases,quality of life and safety of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:There were 8 cases,26 cases and 6 cases in group A with grade 0,gradeⅠand gradeⅡrespectively,and 4 cases,22 cases and 14 cases in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement rate of bone metastases in group A was 50.00%,higher than that in group B(27.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of emotional state,physiological status,functional status,social society and family status score,total quality of life,which were higher than those of group B,which were higher than those of group B(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Patients with breast cancer bone metastases receiving 89SrCl2 combined with Yunke treatment can effectively improve the condition,reduce the degree of bone pain,improve the quality of life,and have high safety.
