摘　　要：ICT通信服务器中间件的设计与开发是我国电子信息技术发展进程中的重要工作方向,作为电子通信领域的关键载体,切实提高其设计水平和开发水平至关重要。在电子通信保护政策日趋完善的发展背景下,加之社会各界需求的促进作用,我国的电子通信事业也应当取得突破式的发展。以ICT通信服务器中间件为主体,组织设计与开发工作对于推动电子通信行业的发展而言具有显著的现实意义,值得广大技术人员予以高度的关注。The design and development of ICT communication server middleware is an important direction in the development of electronic information technology in China.As a key carrier in the field of electronic communication,it is very important to improve its design level and development level.Under the background of the development of electronic communication protection policy,and the promotion of social needs,China's electronic communication industry should also make a breakthrough development.Taking ICT communication server middleware as the main body,organizing the design and development work has significant practical significance for promoting the development of electronic communication industry,which is worthy of high attention of the majority of technical personnel.
