民机防火墙适航技术要求及验证方法研究

摘　　要：飞机上的防火墙主要用于隔离火区和飞机其他部位,确保火区内着火不会对飞机构成危害。运输类飞机适航标准第25部(CCAR-25)第1191条规定了防火墙的适航要求。对25.1191条款进行解读,结合型号设计和验证经验给出了符合性方法,采用设计说明和试验室试验方法验证25.1191条款要求,详细介绍了防火墙防火试验的验证过程、内容,对运输类飞机的防火墙设计及验证工作有一定的参考意义。The firewall on the aircraft is mainly used to isolate the fire area and other parts of the aircraft to ensure that the fire in the fire area will not harm the aircraft.Airworthiness requirements for firewalls are specified in CCAR 25.1191.This paper interprets 25.1191 clause,combines aircraft design and verification experience,gives the method of compliance,uses the design instructions and laboratory test methods to validate 25.1191 clause,and introduces the verification process of firewall fire-proof test in detail.It can be a reference for the firewall design and verification of transport aircraft.
