摘  要:以汽车的车身优化为研究目的,首先分析了流体基本形式以及流体的力学基本方程,然后针对汽车车身的造型特征,筛选出6种对汽车空气动力学影响大的特征。以气动系数和升力系数为优化目标,利用流体力学软件Fluent,根据特征因素的显著性差异取其相应的最佳指标值,从而获得最佳的车身造型。通过建模的方法改进汽车车身,仿真结果显示,汽车的动力性和操纵稳定性显著提高,说明利用数值仿真模拟方法能够更加全面、准确地优化汽车车身造型,对企业产品的研发优化有重大现实意义。In order to study the optimization of automobile body,the basic form of fluid and the basic equation of fluid mechanics are analyzed firstly.Then,according to the modeling characteristics of automobile body,six features which have great influence on automobile aerodynamics are selected.Taking aerodynamic coefficient and lift coefficient as the optimization objective,the fluid mechanics software Fluent is used to obtain the corresponding optimal index value according to the significant difference of characteristic factors,so as to obtain the optimal body shape.The car body is improved by the modeling method,and the simulation results show that the power and handling stability of the car be significantly improved,indicates that the use of numerical simulation methods can more comprehensively and accurately optimize the shape of the car body.This has great practical significance for the research and optimization of enterprise products.
