摘 要:为增强双孢菇工厂化生产自走式搔菌机作业可靠性和安全性,运用SolidWorks三维建模软件建立机架的三维模型,在ANSYS Workbench中对其进行模态分析。提取出前10阶固有频率和模态振型,并与外部激振频率进行对比分析,排除可能发生共振现象的固有频率,并进行机架的有限元分析。结果表明:机架前10阶固有频率在35.26~113.41 Hz之间,在第9阶固有频率106.31 Hz出现最大振幅为24.153 mm,在第3阶固有频率51.737 Hz出现第2大振幅19.06 mm,振幅范围在8.705~24.153 mm,机架上各阶固有频率有效地避开了可能发生共振现象的外部激励频率范围,且机架满足设计强度要求,进一步提高了搔菌机作业安全性。本研究为双孢菇工厂化生产自走式搔菌机的设计与优化提供参考。In order to enhance the reliability and safety of the self-propelled ruffling machine in the industrialized production of Agaricus bisporus,the 3D model of the rack is built using SolidWorks 3D modeling software,and the modal analysis is made in ANSYS Workbench to extract the first 10 natural frequencies and modal vibration strains.Compared with the external vibration frequency,the natural frequency of resonance phenomenon is eliminated,and the finite element analysis is carried out.The results show that the first 10 order of the rack has a natural frequency range of 35.26 to 113.41 Hz,the maximum amplitude at the 9th order natural frequency 106.31 Hz is 24.153 mm,and the second largest amplitude at the 3rd order natural frequency 51.737 Hz is 19.06 mm,amplitude range in 8.705~24.153 mm.The natural frequency of each order on the frame effectively avoids the external excitation frequency range with the possibility of resonance phenomenon,and the rack meets the design strength requirements,further improves the operation safety of the self-walking ruffling machine.This study provides reference for the design and optimization of self-walking ruffling machine for the factory production of Agaricus bisporus.
