摘 要:科研育人是高等教育学科、专业一体化建设的内在要求,也是新时代我国教学改革、高素质创新人才培养的重要举措。文章从创新实践课的角度,分析我国现阶段高校科研育人的现状与问题,以杭州电子科技大学为个案,探讨课程育人、竞赛育人和项目育人的作用机制,总结创新实践课这一贯穿大学期间的学术类创新实践活动,以“科研—实践—竞赛—创新”为主线,采用导师组授课、小班化教学和个性化培养等实践做法,为科研育人提供一种可借鉴的培养模式。It is not only the intrinsic requirement of the integration of higher education disciplines and specialties but also an important measure of the teaching reform in the new era of cultivating high-quality innovative talents with scientific research.From the perspective of the innovative practice course,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of cultivating talents with scientific research in universities in China.Taking Hangzhou Dianzi University as a case to study,this paper discusses the educational function mechanism of the course teaching,the subject competition and the research project,and then it summarizes the innovative practice course which serves as an academic innovative practical activity during the students university period.It will be an example mode for cultivating talents with scientific research by taking the“scientific research-practice-competition-innovation”as the principal line,adopting the tutor-team teaching,the small-class teaching and the personalized training.
