企业渐进式创新网络与政府制度行为演化分析

摘　　要：本文基于企业线性创新活动愈发呈现网状化现象,研究企业渐进式创新网络与政府创新制度行为的相互关系,在构建二者螺旋式片段演进模型的基础上采用博弈论对其进行演化分析,并以三家汽车企业渐进式创新网络为例展开实证检验。结果表明:①企业渐进式创新网络与政府创新制度行为相互促进与影响,拥有的线性正相关数量和强度越大,网络创新能力、政府制度行为的力度越大;②螺旋式同步演进的3.0阶段优于2.0和1.0阶段;③企业渐进式创新网络与政府创新制度行为正相关强度的总体趋势为由南向北递减。研究结果有助于降低企业创新活动的制度性成本,为创新效益提升给予启示。Based on the increasingly networked phenomenon of enterprises linear innovation activities,this paper studies the relationship between the progressive innovation network of enterprises and the innovation institutional behavior of government,and uses game theory to analyze their evolution based on the construction of the spiral fragment evolution model.The empirical test is carried out by taking the incremental innovation network of three automobile enterprises as an example.The results are as follows:①Enterprise incremental innovation network and government innovation institutional behavior promote and influence each other.The greater the number and intensity of linear positive correlation is,the greater the network innovation ability and government institutional behavior will be;②The 3.0 phase of spiral synchronous evolution is superior to the 2.0 and 1.0 phases;③The overall trend of the positive correlation between the progressive innovation network and the government innovation institutional behavior is decreasing from south to north.The research results are helpful to reduce the institutional cost of enterprise innovation activities.It will provide some enlightenments for the improvement of innovation efficiency.
