精神分裂症血清CCL2水平与认知功能的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者血清CCL2变化及其对认知功能的影响。方法使用Luminex液相芯片法测定50例精神分裂症患者(病例组)及52例健康对照(对照组)血清中CCL2水平,采用精神分裂症认知功能成套测验共识版(MCCB)评估受试者的认知功能,分析血清CCL2水平与认知功能之间的相关性。结果血清CCL2水平在病例组中明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。病例组MCCB评估中连线测验、符号编码、霍普金斯词语学习、空间广度测验、迷宫测验、视觉空间记忆测验、语义流畅及情绪管理的评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。病例组血清中CCL2水平与SC(r=0.39,P<0.05)及SS(r=0.33,P<0.05)的评分呈正相关。结论精神分裂症患者血清CCL2水平升高,血清CCL2水平变化与患者认知功能相关。Objective To explore the changes of serum CCL2 in schizophrenia patients and its effect on cognitive function.Methods Fifty schizophrenia patients(case group)and fifty-two healthy controls(control group)were collected.Luminex liquid chip was used to determine the serum CCL2 level,and MCCB was used to determine the cognitive function.The correlation between serum CCL2 level and cognition was analyzed.Results The serum CCL2 level in case group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The scores of trail making test,symbol coding,hopkins verbal learning,spatial span,mazes,brief visuospatial memory,category fluency and mayer salovey caruso emotional intelligence test in case group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The serum CCL2 level in case group was positively correlated with the scores of SC(r=0.39,P<0.05)and SS(r=0.33,P<0.05).Conclusion The level of serum CCL2 increases in patients with schizophrenia,and the serum CCL2 level is related to the cognitive function.
