张仲景运用五苓散原义探析

摘　　要：五苓散所主之证既非脱水,也不仅是下焦膀胱蓄水和单纯的胃脘停饮。五苓散的适应证涉及胃肠之"游溢精气"功能、脾的升清布散水津功能、肺的输布肃降功能以及三焦水道的通调功能。五苓散可健运中焦、助脾散精、促进肺的布散,使津液得以濡润;并通利三焦水道,排出停滞废水,使其能够下输于膀胱。故五苓散对整个水液代谢过程具有促进与调整作用。The syndrome of Wuling Powder is neither dehydration,nor is it only the storage of water in the lower Jiao bladder and the simple stop of the gastric cavity.Wuling Powder′s main syndrome is neither dehydration,nor lower Jiao bladder water storage and simple epigastric stopping drinking.The indications of Wuling Powder involve the function of"transporting essential substances in solution"of the gastrointestinal tract,the function of spleen to promote clearing,dispersing and dispersing water and body fluid,the function of dispersing and subtracting lungs,and the function of regulating and regulating the Sanjiao waterway.Wuling Powder can invigorate the middle Jiao,help the spleen to disperse essence,promote the spread of the lung,moisten the body fluid,dredge the Sanjiao channel,discharge stagnant wastewater,and transport it to the bladder.Therefore,Wuling Powder can promote and regulate the whole process of water metabolism.
