摘　　要：从高校实验室安全文化建设的内涵出发,分析了高校实验室安全精神文化建设存在的问题,提出了安全精神文化建设的目标,并结合具体实践,以培养实验人员安全意识、塑造安全价值观、加强其安全能力的角度入手,列举了提升实验室安全精神文化建设的方法,为其他高校建设实验室安全文化、创建平安实验室提供借鉴。Starting from the connotation of the construction of laboratory safety culture in universities,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of laboratory safety spiritual culture.Put forward the goal of safety spiritual culture construction,and combined with specific practice,enumerates the methods to improve the construction of laboratory safety spiritual culture.Such as the methods of cultivating the safety consciousness,shaping the safety values and enhancing the safety ability of experimenters.This paper provides a reference for other universities to build laboratory safety culture and establish a safe laboratory.
