摘 要:通过新工科应用型人才培养的要求与以往教育模式进行对比,总结交通土建类专业普遍存在师资队伍结构组成单一、培养的人才与社会需求不符、学生学习态度不端正等主要问题。为解决问题,完善人才培养模式提出调整师资队伍结构、加强师资队伍建设、准确制订人才培养目标、积极进行教学改革等解决途径。为交通土建类应用型人才的培养提出了改进建议。Through the comparison between the requirements of new engineering applied talents training and the traditional education mode.This paper summarizes the main problems existing in the major of traffic civil engineering,such as the single structure of the teaching staff,the inconsistency between the trained talents and the social needs,and the incorrect learning attitude of the students.In order to solve the problems and improve the personnel training mode,the paper puts forward some solutions,such as adjusting the structure of the teaching staff,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,accurately setting the objectives of personnel training,carrying out the reform of education and teaching,and strictly requiring students.Some suggestions are put forward for the training of practical talents in traffic civil engineering.
