摘　　要：进行了本科焊接专业人才创新创业知识和能力培养的探索与研究,结果表明学生创新创业意识和能力的培养要形成从人才培养方案到相关教学课程的完整创新创业教育体系。专业内浓厚的创新创业氛围是进行创新创业教育的基础。将焊接专业课程纳入学生创新创业能力培养体系中来可以显著提升创新创业教育时效性与有效性。实践对学生创新创业能力的培养具有积极的推动作用。Exploration and research were carried out on the knowledge and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship education to the undergraduates in welding major.Practice shows that the training should begin with a complete education system from the top talent training plan to the bottom courses.A good innovation and entrepreneurship education to the undergraduate should be based on a dense atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship,bringing some specialized courses into the system can effectively improve the effectiveness and timeliness of the education.Practice is a very important in the reinforcement of knowledge and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship of the undergraduates.
