二苓苡仁汤联合常规西医治疗晚期结肠癌的临床疗效及对细胞免疫功能状态、血清学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析晚期结肠癌患者予以常规西医联合二苓苡仁汤治疗的方法及对患者免疫功能、血清指标的作用。方法:本次研究时间为期4年,由2015年3月起至2019年3月结束,研究对象选择我院收治晚期结肠癌患者56例,随机将其分为两组,对照组采取常规西医治疗,观察组在其基础上联合二苓苡仁汤治疗,评估两组患者临床效果。检测对比各组患者治疗前后细胞免疫功能及血清相关指标差异,记录并计算各组患者治疗后不良反应发生概率。结果:观察组此次治疗总效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者入院时细胞免疫功能指标等较为相近(P>0.05),经治疗后观察组患者细胞免疫功能指标均高于对照组,同时治疗后血清各项指标相较对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后出现不良反应的概率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:晚期结肠癌患者在接受常规西医化疗期间联合二苓苡仁汤治疗效果确切,倡导临床应用。Objective:To analyze the treatment of advanced colon cancer patients with conventional Western medicine plus the Erling Yiren decoction(二苓苡仁汤)and its effects on the immune function and serum indicators.Methods:56 patients with advanced colon cancer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with the Erling Yrling decoction more.Results:The total effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of cellular immune function in the observation group were higher,and the indexes of serum after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional Western medicine chemotherapy plus the Erling Yiren decoction on advanced colon cancer shows an accurate effect,and advocates clinical application.
