摘　　要：黄子慧分析结核性溃疡(Teberculous Ulcer,TU)的病机特点为邪毒壅盛,气血亏虚,提出泄毒生新法的治则,基于该法则自拟复方五凤草液外用治疗,能在较短时间内脱落腐肉、引流脓液,加快组织新生,从而达到促进创面愈合的目的,疗效确切,值得临床进一步推广应用,为临床使用中医药治疗慢性难愈性创面提供思路。According to Huang Zihui’s analysis,the pathogenesis of tuberculous ulcer is characterized by evil toxins proliferation and Qixue-deficiency(气血亏虚).Then she has put forward the principle of external treatment,discarding toxin and promoting tissue regeneration method.Based on the principle,the Fufang Wufengcao solution(复方五凤草液)for the external treatment on tuberculos ulcer was created by Huang Zihui.The prescription can make the rotten meat fall off in a relatively short time,excrete the pus out of the body,accelerate tissue regeneration,and achieve the purpose of promoting wound healing,with definite curative effects.
