凉血通瘀方治疗脑出血急性期临床疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:采用Meta分析评价凉血通瘀方治疗脑出血急性期的疗效。方法:通过计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、PubMed等数据库,收集并筛选凉血通瘀方治疗脑出血急性期的随机对照研究文献,采用Review Manager 5.3软件对符合标准的文献进行分析处理。结果:13篇文献纳入研究,共1516例患者,Meta分析结果表明,凉血通瘀方在提高临床疗效、改善症状及预后、降低复发率等方面对脑出血急性期患者有益。结论:脑出血急性期应用凉血通瘀方具有较好的临床疗效,但仍需更高质量的随机对照试验来进一步验证。Objective:A Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the curative effect of the Liangxue Tongyu decoction(凉血通瘀方)on the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Through computer search of CNKI,Wanfang database,PubMed and other databases,collect and screen the randomized controlled literatures of the Liangxue Tongyu decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage,and use Review Manager 5.3 software to carry out the documents that meet the standards Analysis and processing.Results:13 articles were included in the study,a total of 1516 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that the Liangxue Tongyu decoction is beneficial to patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage in improving clinical efficacy,improving symptoms and prognosis,and reducing relapse rate.Conclusion:The application of the Liangxue Tongyu decoction in the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage has good clinical efficacy,but a higher-quality randomized controlled trial is still needed for further verification.
