摘　　要：金融科技的快速发展与推广应用对金融专业学位研究生的培养提出了更高要求。本文通过构建双导师协同培养机制,将人工智能、区块链、大数据前沿科技纳入金融专业学位研究生教学体系,发挥双导师在金融科技案例教学中的作用,加强高校与科技型企业合作,构建双导师培养模式的长效保障机制,切实推进金融科技在高校研究生教育中全面落地,培养复合型创新型人才。The rapid development and popularization of financial technology have put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of graduate students majoring in finance.This article builds a dual-mentor collaborative training mechanism,incorporates the technology of artificial intelligence,blockchain,and big data into the financial degree graduate teaching system,gives play to the role of dual-mentor in fintech case teaching,strengthens cooperation between universities and technology-based enterprises,and builds dual-mentor.The long-term guarantee mechanism of the training model.We will effectively promote the full implementation of fintech in graduate education in universities to cultivate interdisciplinary and innovative talents.
