摘 要:建立堵块高度分别为50%、70%、90%和94%的强化传质流道三维模型与传统直流道单流道三维模型,研究阴极堵块高度和过量系数对PEMFC传质的影响,分析两种改善传质性能方法的差异。堵块能够增大流道的传质阻力,迫使反应气体向气体扩散层(GDL)和岸下区域扩散。增设堵块能在各种电流密度下提升氧气浓度。增大过量系数,在电流密度大于1.0 A/cm^(2)时,通过浓度梯度扩散,才能显著提升扩散层氧气浓度。堵块高度为94%时,氧气浓度提升19.2%,电池性能提升4.94%;过量系数增大1.5倍时,氧气浓度提升38.4%,电池性能提升12.75%。The three-dimensional models of enhanced mass transfer channel with 50%,70%,90%and 94%block height and the traditional straight channel single channel were established to study the effects of cathode block height and excess coefficient on mass transfer of PEMFC.The differences between the two methods for improving mass transfer performance were analyzed.The block could increase the mass transfer resistance of the channel,the reaction gas was forced to diffuse to the gas diffusion layer(GDL)and under-rib area.The oxygen concentration could be increased under different current densities by adding blockages.Only when the current density was higher than 1.0 A/cm^(2),by increasing the excess coefficient,the oxygen concentration in GDL could be significantly increased by concentration gradient diffusion.In the case of 94%block height,the oxygen concentration was increased by 19.2%,the battery performance was improved by 4.94%.When the excess coefficient increased by 1.5 times,the oxygen concentration was increased by 38.4%,the battery performance was increased by 12.75%.
