摘　　要：胃癌是世界范围内发病率位居第五位的肿瘤,发病隐匿,且发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,严重威胁人类生命健康以及生活质量。白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)是一类多效细胞因子,作用于疾病的多种途径中。近年来多项研究表明,IL-6与胃癌的发展相关。本文就IL-6在胃癌诊断、预后中的作用,与幽门螺杆菌在胃癌发展中的相互作用,在肿瘤微环境中的作用,与非编码RNA在胃癌中的作用,在胃癌患者恶病质中的作用,以及针对IL-6的胃癌靶向药物进展方面作一概述,旨在为胃癌治疗提供新的策略。Gastric cancer is the fifth most common cancer of the world,the incidence is hidden,and the incidence is increasing year by year,which is a serious threat to human life and health and quality of life.Interleukin-6(IL-6)is a kind of multipotent cytokines that acted on many pathways of disease.In recent years,many studies have shown that IL-6 is related to the development of gastric cancer.This article reviewed the role of IL-6 in the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer,the role of IL-6 and Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)in the development of gastric cancer,the role in tumor microenvironment,the role of IL-6 and non-coding RNA in gastric cancer,the role of IL-6 in gastric cancer patients with cachexia and the progress of gastric cancer targeting drugs for IL-6,and aimed to put forward a new strategy for the treatment of gastric cancer.
