黄连上清胶囊联合米诺环素对慢性牙周炎牙周指标及炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨黄连上清胶囊联合米诺环素治疗慢性牙周炎对患者牙周状况和炎症反应的影响。方法选取2018年4月~2020年4月沈阳市大东区牙病防治所收治的88例慢性牙周炎患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各44例。对照组予以米诺环素治疗,观察组加用黄连上清胶囊治疗。比较两组牙周指标、炎症因子水平和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋深度(PD)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄连上清胶囊联合米诺环素可增强慢性牙周炎治疗效果,改善患者牙周指标,减轻口腔炎症损伤,促进病情好转,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effect of Huanglian Shangqing Capsule combined with Minocycline in the treatment of chronic periodontitis on the periodontal condition and inflammation.Methods A total of 88 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to Dental Prophylactico-Therapetic Institution in Dadong District of Shengyang from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to a random number table,with 44 cases in each group.In the control group,Minocycline was alone used,and in the observation group,Huanglian Shangqing Capsule was added.The periodontal indicators,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the gingival crevicular bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI),and periodontal pocket depth(PD)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total incidenced adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Shangqing Capsule combined with Minocycline can enhance the treatment effect of chronic periodontitis,improve the periodontal index of patients,reduce oral inflammation damage,and promote the improvement of the condition,it is safe and reliable.
