攻癌固真汤联合吉非替尼治疗肺癌气虚血瘀证疗效及对患者血流状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析攻癌固真汤治疗肺癌气虚血瘀证治疗效果及对患者生活质量、血流状态的影响。方法:纳入肺癌气虚血瘀证患者127例,随机分为观察组(n=75)和对照组(n=52)。对照组给予吉非替尼口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合攻癌固真汤治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果、生活质量以及血液流变学包括纤维蛋白原、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、红细胞聚集指数及血浆黏度等变化。结果:对照组临床总有效率为67.31%,低于观察组的89.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组治疗后卡氏评分均增加,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组各项血液流变学指标明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为19.23%,观察组为18.67%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:攻癌固真汤联合吉非替尼治疗肺癌气虚血瘀证疗效较好,可有效提高患者生活质量,改善血流状态,且不良反应较少。Objective:To analyze the effect of Gong’ai Guzhen decoction on quality of life and blood flow in the treatment of lung cancer with Qixu Xueyu syndrome.Methods:127 patients with lung cancer of Qixu Xueyu syndrome were divided into observation group(n=75)and control group(n=52).The control group was treated with gefitinib orally,and the observation group was treated with Gong’ai Guzhen decoction.Observe the treatment effect,that in quality of life and hemorheology include fibrinogen,whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index and plasma viscosity.Results:The effective rate of clinical treatment was 67.31%in the control group,which was significantly lower than 89.33%in the observation group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Cargill score of the observation group and the control group increased significantly,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group,statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,various hemorheology indexes in both groups were significantly reduced,difference statistically significant in the observation group compared with the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 19.23%in the control group and 18.67%in the observation group,no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gong’ai Guzhen decoction combined with gefitinib has significant effect on the treatment of lung cancer with Qixu Xueyu syndrome,effectively improve the quality of life and the blood flow status in patients.The adverse reactions was also lower.
