摘 要:创新教育素养作为教师专业发展的重要内容及潜在追求,是培养创新型人才、实施创新教育的关键所在。但从现阶段实际状况来看,中小学教师创新教育素养的发展不尽如人意:教育管理制度不完善、职称评定政策的不适导向、师教与生学方式传统守旧和应试教育文化的束缚等因素制约着教师创新教育素养的发展。加强职前教育改革、完善专业评价制度、增强教师自主发展意识、优化教育文化环境是促进教师创新教育素养发展的必然要求。As an important content and potential pursuit of teachers'professional development,innovative education literacy is the key to training innovative talents and implementing innovative education.However,from the actual situation at this stage,the development of teachers'innovative education literacy is unsatisfactory,the education management system is single and incomplete,the unsuitable orientation of the professional title evaluation policy,the traditional old-fashioned teaching and learning methods and the constraints of the exam-oriented education culture are constrained the development of teachers'innovative education literacy.Strengthening pre-service education reform,improving the professional evaluation system,enhancing teachers'awareness of independent development,and optimizing the educational and cultural environment are the inevitable requirements to promote the implementation of teachers'innovative education qualities.
