摘　　要：近年来随着电子信息技术的不断发展,我国电子商务的发展突飞猛进。在这个大数据环境下,为了使电子商务专业的学生更能满足社会需求,文章以安徽经济管理学院为例,探析了高校电子商务专业人才的就业能力。坚持产教融合、校企合作、开放式实训,在培养人才的同时,对于产出的人才是否具备企业所要求的就业能力,既能及时地了解市场对于人才的就业能力要求,也能够对于今后电子商务专业人才培养方案的修订提供理论基础。In recent years,with the development of electronic information technology,the development of electronic commerce in China is advancing by leaps and bounds.In this big data environment,in order to make the students of e-commerce major more able to meet the social needs,this paper takes Anhui Institute of Economic Management as an example to explore the employment ability of e-commerce professionals in colleges and universities.Adhere to the integration of industry and education,cooperation between schools and enterprises,open training,while training talent,whether the output of talent has the employment capacity required by the enterprise,it can not only timely understand the market for talent employment requirements,also can provide the theoretical basis for the future revision of e-commerce professional training program.
