摘 要:为了验收串补功能是否满足设计要求,需要人为制造单相瞬时接地短路,传统作业采用停电方式进行,需要大量时间来操作和配合工作,为缩短试验时间,因此有必要开展带电作业方法的研究。本文设计了一种带电作业方式下的瞬时接地短路试验装置,并对该装置的各部分作业工具的选择方法进行了研究;其次在云南1500 m海拔情况下,带电作业所需要的相地、相间以及最小组合间隙分别为2.14 m,2.64 m和2.51 m;然后根据220 kV线路的实际情况,采用绝缘平梯进入法进入电场,最后给出了带电作业的流程,并在云南电网220 kV线路上成功开展了6次单相瞬时接地短路。采用带电作业方式降低电网风险、操作风险和作业风险,提高试验效率,同时可推广应用到不同电压等级的人工相地短路试验工作中,拓宽了带电作业技术的范围。In order to check whether the series compensation function meets the design requirements,a single-phase instantaneous earth short circuit needs to be artificially manufactured.Traditional operations are performed by power failure,which requires a large amount of time to operate and cooperate.In order to shorten the test time,it is necessary to conduct research on live working methods..In this paper,an instantaneous grounding short-circuit test device under live working mode is designed,and the selection method of working tools for each part of the device is studied.Secondly,at 1500m altitude in Yunnan,the phase-to-ground,phaseto-phase,and The minimum combined clearances are 2.14m,2.64m,and 2.51m,respectively.Then according to the actual situation of the 220 kV line,the insulation flat entry method is used to enter the electric field.Finally,the live working process is given,and it has been successfully carried out on the Yunnan power grid 220 kV line 6 single-phase instantaneous ground shorts.The live working method is adopted to reduce grid risks,operation risks and working risks,improve test efficiency,and can be popularized and applied to artificial phase-to-earth short-circuit test work of different voltage levels,thereby expanding the scope of live working technology.
