战略类型、战略决策柔性与创新绩效的关系研究——基于北京地区企业调查数据的分析

摘　　要：基于战略匹配理论,以162家北京地区企业作为实证样本,分析了战略决策柔性对于企业实施不同战略类型的支持作用,并构建了"战略类型→战略决策柔性→创新绩效"的理论模型。实证结果表明:(1)战略决策柔性的开放性在战略类型与创新绩效之间发挥了部分中介作用,但其递归性的中介作用不显著。(2)实施探索型战略的企业的创新绩效及战略决策柔性水平最优,随后分别为实施分析型、防守型和反应型战略的企业,其中,实施防守型、反应型战略的企业无明显差异。据此,企业应积极开展探索型和分析型战略,并提升战略决策柔性的开放程度,以促进其对于目标战略的支持作用。Under the background of the rapid development of modern information technology and the rapid change of market environment,Chinese enterprises are faced with the huge impact from the external market.How to better adapt to the changes in the external environment through the selection and effective implementation of strategy types began to be concerned by researchers.In this process,the Flexibility Level and Innovative Development Ability of Enterprise Impact Resistance are particularly Important.At the same time,strategic decision flexibility,as a kind of enterprise capability that acts on strategic decision and is characterized by flexibility,has not been systematically studied on the supporting role of different strategic types.From the perspective of adaptability,based on the angle of strategic-fitness,constructs the theoretical model that explicates the relation of"strategy type→flexibility in strategy decision-making→innovation performance".Analysis on the Impact of Enterprise Decision on Its Innovation Performance from the Perspective of Strategy and Capability,and put forward the corresponding hypothesis to explore how the flexible ability of enterprise strategic decision supports the strategic type implemented.Identification and Division of Enterprise Strategic Types Based on Miles&Snow Strategic Typology,with 162 firms from Beijing as samples,besides that SPSS 24.0 is used for empirical analysis of the data.The empirical results show that:(1)The openness of strategic decision flexibility has a significant positive impact on innovation performance,the openness of strategic decision flexibility plays a partial mediating role between strategic type and innovation performance,but its recursive mediating role is not significant.Therefore,the effective implementation of the strategy depends more on the openness of the flexibility of strategic decision-making,and enterprises should pay attention to cultivating openness that matches the type of enterprise strategy in practice.(2)The Prospector innovation perfo
