摘  要:单值中智集是描述复杂问题中不确定和非一致信息的有效工具,而熵和交叉熵是单值中智集理论研究中的两个热点问题。针对单值中智信息的多属性决策问题,首先,为了计算单值中智数的不确定性和差异性,设计了两种基于对数函数的信息测度方法,并验证它们分别是单值中智熵和交叉熵,同时简单探讨了两者之间的转换关系;其次,运用单值中智熵权法和基于交叉熵的贴近度方法,构建了新的单值中智决策模型;最后,通过共享电动汽车品牌的选择实例与对比分析实验说明了模型的可靠性。Single-valued neutrosophic sets are effective tools for describing uncertainty and inconsistent information in complex problems.Entropy and cross-entropy are two important issues in the study of single-valued neutrosophic set theory.Aiming at the multi-attribute decision-making problem of single-valued neutrosophic information,firstly,in order to measure the uncertainty and difference of single-valued neutrosophic values,two information measurement methods are designed based on logarithmic function,and proved that they are single-valued neutrosophic entropy and cross-entropy respectively.At the same time,the transformation relationship between them is discussed briefly.Then,a new single-valued neutrosophic decision-making model is constructed by using single-valued neutrosophic entropy-based weight method and cross-entropy-based closeness degree method.Finally,the reliability of the model is illustrated by an example of choosing shared electric vehicle brand and a comparative analysis experiment.
