摘　　要：分析了电站典型管件热压弯头、热压三通及热压封头的变形特点,其中热压三通的变形率最大,可达38%。并对G115钢热压弯成形进行了仿真模拟,结果可涵盖变形最为严重的情况。进而设计了热压弯工艺试验,研究了不同成形温度、道次和冷却方式对成形的影响,并对试样进行了外观检验、渗透检验、硬度检验和微观组织观察。通过热压弯工艺试验研究,得出了G115钢管件热压弯成形时的原材料加热温度为1060~1080℃,G115钢管件在600℃以上温度范围内热压弯成形不会产生裂纹等缺陷,其成形后可空冷。试制的G115钢大口径管件的产品性能符合要求,验证了该热压弯工艺的可行性。The deformation characteristics of hot-pressed elbow,hot-pressed tee and hot-pressed head for typical pipe fittings in power station were analyzed,and the deformation rate of hot-pressed tee was the largest which was up to 38%. Then,the hot press bending process of G115 steel was simulated,and the results covered the most severe deformation. Furthermore,a hot press bending process test was designed to study the influences of different forming temperatures,passes and cooling methods on the forming,and the visual inspection,the penetration inspection,the hardness inspection and the microstructure observation were conducted on the samples. Finally,through the test research of hot press bending process,it is concluded that the heating temperature of raw materials is 1060-1080 ℃ during the hot press bending process of pipe fittings for G115 steel,the pipe fittings of G115 steel do not produce cracks and other defects at the temperature range of 600 ℃ or more and could be air-cooled after forming. Thus,the performance of trial-produced large-diameter pipe fittings for G115 steel meet the requirements to verify the feasibility of hot press bending process.
