摘　　要：社会科学的循证实践发展被誉为世界第三次“科学化”浪潮,作为新兴交叉学科的循证社会科学为多个社会科学领域的问题研究、科学分析、效果评价及实践应用等提供了新理念、新方法和新动能。由兰州大学循证社会科学研究中心主任杨克虎教授编著的我国第一本以“循证社会科学”命名的著作《循证社会科学研究方法:系统评价与Meta分析》,系统地阐释了循证社会科学的理论演进、范式转换与实践应用,是一本推动循证社会科学走进学术视域、探索构建突破学科界限共生体系的优秀著作,在新文科建设等背景下具有重要的学术价值。The development of evidence-based practice in social science is known as the third“scientific”wave in the world.As a new interdisciplinary,evidence-based social science provides new ideas,new methods and new driving forces for the problem research,scientific analysis,effect evaluation and practical application in many social science fields.Professor Yang Kehu,director of the Evidence-based Social Science Research Center of Lanzhou University,has compiled the first book named“Evidence-based Social Science”in China,which systematically explains the theoretical evolution,paradigm transformation and practical application of evidence-based social science.It is an excellent work that promotes evidence-based social science into the academic field,explores the construction of symbiotic system breaking through the boundaries of disciplines,and has important academic value in the context of the construction of new liberal arts.
