摘 要:试验探讨蛋鸡饲料中添加原花青素复方对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及蛋黄胆固醇含量的影响。选用400只280日龄的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4个组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只鸡。第Ⅰ组设为对照组,饲喂基础饲料,第Ⅱ~Ⅳ组为试验组,日粮中分别添加50、100和150 mg/kg原花青素复方,预试期7 d,正式试验期49 d。结果显示,试验组与对照组相比,平均蛋质量无显著差异(P>0.05),Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组第21、35、49 d产蛋率和料蛋比显著高于对照组(P<0.05),平均蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度无显著差异(P>0.05),Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组第21、35、49 d哈夫单位显著高于对照组(P<0.05)、但Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组无显著差异(P>0.05)。各试验组第7 d蛋黄中胆固醇平均含量比对照组显著降低(P<0.05),第21、35、49 d极显著降低(P<0.01)、第Ⅲ和Ⅳ组极显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.01),Ⅳ与Ⅲ组差异不显著(P>0.05),降低量最大的第Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组于正式试验期第35 d后胆固醇含量已基本趋于稳定。试验表明,蛋鸡饲料中添加原花青素复方可以提高其生产性能、鸡蛋品质和降低蛋黄中胆固醇含量,添加量以100 mg/kg为宜。The effect of procyanidins on production performance, egg quality and yolk cholesterol content of laying hens were studied. Four hundred 280 d old Hailan brown laying hens were randomly divided into four groups with five replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate. The first group was set as control group, fed with basic feed.The Ⅱ~Ⅳgroup were set as experimental groups. The diets were supplemented with 50, 100, 150 mg/kg of procyanidins respectively. The pre-trial period was 7 d and the trial period was 49 d. The results showed that there was no significant difference in average egg quality between experimental group and control group(P>0.05). The egg production rate and feed/egg ratio in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in control group on the 21 st, 35 th and 49 th days(P<0.05). The average egg shape index, eggshell thickness and eggshell strength had no significant difference(P>0.05),while the Haugh unit of groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of control group on the 21 st, 35 th and 49 th days(P<0.05), but the egg shape index, eggshell thickness and eggshell strength of group Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The average content of cholesterol in egg yolk of each experimental group on the 7 th day was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and it was extremely significantly lower on the 21 st, 35 th and 49 th days(P<0.01), and it was significantly lower in groups Ⅲ andⅣ than in group Ⅱ, and there was no significant difference between groups Ⅳ and Ⅲ(P>0.05). It has basically stabilized.The results indicated that the production performance, egg quality and cholesterol content in egg yolk could be improved by adding procyanidins compound to the feed of laying hens, and the appropriate dosage was 100 mg/kg.
