摘  要:整合医学教育是国内医学教育发展的必然趋势。在新的整合教学模式下,随着传染病相关寄生虫流行谱的不断变化,寄生虫学的教学急需改革。为了提高寄生虫理论教学授课质量,结合当今教学整合改革的理念,中山大学传染病教研室针对临床八年制医学生在教学上进行创新设计,将寄生虫临床与基础理论以及药理进行整合授课,实施效果好,调研结果显示学生对新的教学形式满意度高,理论成绩较之前明显提高。整合课程的设计及应用将基础知识与临床实践有机融合,通过知识体系的更新提升学生对知识的掌握和综合分析能力;同时也明显提高了传染病教学效果,值得进一步推广。The integration of medical education is the inevitable trend of the development of domestic medical education.Under the new integrated teaching mode,with the continuous change of the epidemic spectrum of parasites related to infectious diseases,the teaching of parasitology is in urgent need of reform.In order to improve the teaching quality of parasite theory related to infectious diseases,and in combination with the concept of today's teaching integration reform,the department of infectious diseases of Sun Yat-sen University innovated the teaching design for clinical eightyear medical students,and integrated the parasite clinical,basic and pharmacological basis.The survey results showed that students were highly satisfied with the new form of teaching,and the theoretical achievements of the students were higher than before.The design and application of the integrated course organically combines the basic knowledge with clinical practice to update the knowledge system and improve the ability of clinical accurate thinking.At the same time,it plays a positive role in improving the teaching effect of infectious diseases,which is worth further promotion.
