摘 要:聚焦众创热潮中新创组织创业成功率偏低的现实问题,关注共享模式下创新与知识共享之间的相互影响,构建共享创新影响新创组织知识共享的理论模型,引入社会交换作为中介变量,社会网络规模作为调节变量,探讨共享创新对新创组织知识共享的影响机制。对300个新创企业开展问卷调查进行实证检验,结果证明:共享创新对新创组织知识共享具有正向影响,社会交换在此过程中起到部分中介作用,高社会网络规模在共享创新通过社会交换影响知识共享过程中具有显著调节作用。建议应进一步完善共享经济驱动产业升级政策,加强对共享创新的引导,促进创业社会网络和共享平台的生态化发展,提升新创组织的协同管理和知识共享能力,进而提升核心竞争力,实现新创企业可持续发展。Focusing on the existing problems of relatively low success rate in the upsurge of mass innovation,this paper explores the mutual influence between innovation and knowledge sharing under the sharing model,and constructs a theoretical model of the impact of shared innovation on knowledge sharing in start-up organizations.Social exchange is introduced as a mediator variable and social network scale as a moderator variable to explore how shared innovation influences knowledge sharing in start-up organizations.Through conducting a questionnaire survey on 300 start-up organizations,this paper proves that shared innovation has a positive impact on knowledge sharing with social exchange playing an intermediary role in the process to some extent,while a high social network scale plays a significant regulatory role in the process of sharing innovation affecting knowledge sharing through social exchange.It is suggested that the policy of industrial upgrading driven by sharing economy and the guidance of shared innovation should be further improved,the steady establishment and ecological development of the entrepreneurial social network and sharing platform should be promoted,and the collaborative management and knowledge-sharing capabilities of start-up organizations should be perfected to make new start-ups more competitive and more sustainable in the long run.
