摘 要:目的探讨结直肠癌细胞凋亡与其微环境中免疫细胞凋亡和浸润程度的关系。方法选取本院收集的结直肠癌组织标本92例,包括结直肠癌组织、癌旁组织,采用免疫组化染色法检测结直肠癌微环境免疫细胞浸润程度,采用TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡情况,分析结直肠癌细胞凋亡指数(AI)与其微环境中T细胞、NK细胞、DC细胞浸润程度及肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(TIL)AI的关系。结果结直肠癌组织T细胞、NK细胞及DC细胞浸润程度均低于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结直肠癌组织TIL细胞AI高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结直肠癌细胞AI与TIL细胞AI呈负相关(r=-0.559,P<0.05),结直肠癌细胞AI与T细胞浸润程度呈正相关(r=0.579,P<0.05),与NK细胞浸润程度呈正相关(r=0.614,P<0.05),与DC细胞浸润程度呈正相关(r=0.625,P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌细胞凋亡与其微环境中免疫细胞凋亡和浸润程度密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the apoptosis of neoplasm cell and the infiltrated immune cells in colorectal tumor microenvironment.Methods 92 colorectal cancer specimens and their adjacent tissues collected from the hospital were used to detect degree of immune cells infiltration in the colorectal cancer microenvironment by immunohistochemistry staining.Cell apoptosis was detected by TUNEL method.The relationship between the apoptosis index(AI)of colorectal cancer cells and infiltration degree of T cells,NK cells and dendritic cells(DCs)in the microenvironment as well as relationship between AI of colorectal cancer cells and AI of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL)were analyzed.Results The infiltration degree of T cells,NK cells and DC cells in colorectal cancer tissues was lower than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The AI of TIL cells in colorectal cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The AI of colorectal cancer cells was negatively correlated with AI of TIL cells(r=-0.559,P<0.05).The AI of colorectal cancer cells was positively correlated with T cell infiltration degree(r=0.579,P<0.05),the infiltration degree of NK cell(r=0.614,P<0.05)and the infiltration degree of DC cells(r=0.625,P<0.05).Conclusion The apoptosis of colorectal cancer cells is closely related to the apoptosis and infiltration degree of immune cells in the microenvironment.
