摘　　要：目的探讨Teach-back教育联合技能训练提升老年性白内障患者术后视力及自我效能的效果。方法将我院接收的拟行手术治疗的老年白内障患者80例随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用Teach-back教育联合技能训练,对比两组患者术后3个月的视力及一般自我效能感量表(GSS)评分。结果两组患者术后3个月的视力显著高于术前,观察组术后3个月的视力显著高于对照组同期(P<0.05),两组GSS评分显著高于术前(P均<0.05),观察组GSS评分显著高于对照组同期(P<0.01)。结论Teach-back教育联合技能训练可改善老年性白内障患者术后短期视力,提升自我效能。Objective To explore the effects of Teach-back education combined with skill training on postoperative vision and self-efficacy in senile patients with cataract.Methods 80 elderly cataract patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the study group were added Teach-back education combined skills training based on the treatment of the control group.The visual acuity and general self-efficacy scale(GSS)scores at the 3 rd month after surgery were compared.Results The visual acuities at the 3 rd month after operation were significantly higher than those of the preoperative in the two groups,and the visual acuity of the study group at the 3 rd month after operation was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The GSS scores at the 3 rd month after surgery were significantly higher than those before surgery in the two groups;The GSS scores of the study group at the 3 rd month after surgery were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Teach-back education combined with skill training can improve short-term vision and self-efficacy in patients with senile cataract.
