摘　　要：主要介绍了改善某车型珠光白面漆橘皮外观质量的措施,如中涂膜厚不均匀的改善,底色漆、珠光漆膜厚的调整,机器人喷涂轨迹的优化,以及增加清漆膜厚等,为提高珠光漆颜色的漆膜外观质量提供参考。The measures of improvement about the appearance quality of orange peel with pearlescent paint film were introduced,such as improvement of the midcoat film thickness,the adjustment of the film thickness of base paint and pearlescent paint,the optimization of robot spraying track and increasing the varnish thickness,it provides a reference for improving the appearance quality of the paint film of pearlescent paint color.
