摘　　要：从案例出发,分析首诊负责制在实践中容易发生问题的风险点,提出了落实首诊负责制的相关建议。指出,医疗机构应加强诊疗范围科目管理,落实院间医疗服务转接机制,严格把控院内医疗服务连续性,并加强医务人员医德医风建设。Starting from the case,this paper analyzed the risk points of the first diagnosis responsibility system in practice,and put forward suggestions on the implementation of the first diagnosis responsibility system.It was pointed out that medical institutions should strengthen the management of the scope of diagnosis and treatment,implement the inter-hospital medical service transfer mechanism,strictly control the continuity of in-hospital medical service,and strengthen the construction of medical ethics among medical staff.
