摘　　要：随着“互联网+”时代的到来,越来越多在校学生投入到“互联网+”的创业潮流中。面对这种需求,浙江大学IBE(Innovation-based Entrepreneurship,IBE)双创实践基地利用学校已有资源,从贯穿创新创业实践过程的核心流程入手,着重创新创意设计、创新产品实现、创新能力培养、双创环境构建4个核心环节;重点建设面向创意产品的创新设计云中心、服务于创新应用实现的数字化制造中心、面向智能制造的虚实融合实践中心、双创教育服务引导下的综合双创空间4个中心,为提升学校人才培养核心竞争力打下坚实基础。Promoting mass entrepreneurship and innovation is an inevitable choice for cultivating and catalyzing new impetus for economic development.Along with the arrival of“Internet+”era,more and more students are involved in the“Internet+”entrepreneurial trend.Starting from the core process that runs through the practice process of innovation and entrepreneurship,Zhejiang University’s IBE(Innovation-based Entrepreneurship,IBE)Double Innovation Practice Base integrates the existing resources,focusing on innovation and creative design,innovation product realization,innovation ability cultivation,and the construction of a dual innovation environment.Four centers are constructed including the creative design cloud center for creative products,the digital manufacturing center for the realization of innovative applications,the virtual reality-integrated practice center for intelligent manufacturing,and the double Innovation space under the guidance of double innovation education services,all of which lay a solid foundation for improving the core competitiveness of talent cultivation of Zhejiang University.
