摘　　要：消化系统恶性肿瘤的预后情况一直是临床上密切关注的问题。目前,评估消化系统恶性肿瘤患者的预后情况主要是根据术后肿瘤的TNM分期。作为癌症的十大特征之一,炎症指标对消化系统恶性肿瘤患者预后以及治疗具有一定的指导意义。全身炎症反应指数作为一种新型的炎症指标,在评估消化系统恶性肿瘤患者预后的能力明显优于其他传统炎症指标。本文对全身炎症反应指数评估消化系统恶性肿瘤预后的相关研究进行综述。The prognosis of malignant tumors of the digestive system is still a matter of close attention in the medical and health field.At present,evaluating the prognosis of patients with digestive system malignant tumors is mainly based on the TNM staging of the tumor after surgery.As one of the ten characteristics of cancer,inflammatory indicators have certain guiding significance for the prognosis and treatment of patients with malignant tumors of the digestive system.As a new type of inflammation index,the systemic inflammatory response index is significantly better than other traditional inflammatory indexes in evaluating the prognosis of patients with digestive system malignant tumors.This article reviews the related studies on the systemic inflammatory response index in evaluating the prognosis of digestive system malignant tumors.
