摘　　要：目的探讨吡拉西坦氯化钠注射液联合尼莫地平序贯疗法治疗脑出血的疗效。方法选取2018年5月至2019年7月本院接收的50例脑出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组25例。对照组采用吡拉西坦氯化钠注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合尼莫地平序贯疗法治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前、治疗1个月后免疫功能变化情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且治疗1个月后,治疗组CD3+、CD4+/CD8+均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吡拉西坦氯化钠注射液联合尼莫地平序贯疗法治疗脑出血疗效显著,可有效促进患者神经功能恢复,改善免疫功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of piracetam sodium chloride injection combined with nimodipine sequential therapy on cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 50 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to July 2019 were selected as reseach subjects.They were divided into control group and treatment group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with piracetam sodium chloride injection,the treatment group was treated with nimodipine sequential therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect between the two groups and the changes of immune function before and after 1 month of treatment were compared.Results The clinical effect of treatment group was higher than that of control group,and after 1 month of treatment,CD3+,CD4+/CD8+in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of piracetam sodium chloride injection combined with nimodipine sequential therapy for cerebral hemorrhage is remarkable,can effectively promote the recovery of nerve function in patients,improving immunity,it is worth learning from.
