卡培他滨治疗老年晚期消化道肿瘤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析卡培他滨治疗老年晚期消化道肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月至2019年4月本院收治的60例老年晚期消化道肿瘤患者为研究对象,根据奇偶数分为两组,奇数为对照组,偶数为实验组,每组30例。对照组采用氟尿嘧啶+亚叶酸钙+奥沙利铂联合化疗;实验组采用氟尿嘧啶+亚叶酸钙+奥沙利铂联合化疗+卡培他滨联合化疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、睡眠质量。结果实验组临床有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组睡眠质量比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,实验组睡眠质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卡培他滨治疗老年晚期消化道肿瘤临床效果显著,可提高患者睡眠质量,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of capecitabine in the treatment of advanced digestive tract tumors in the elderly.Methods 60 elderly patients with advanced digestive tract tumors admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the odd and even numbers.The odd numbers were the control group and the even numbers were the experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with fluorouracil+leucovorin+oxaliplatin combined chemotherapy;the experimental group was treated with fluorouracil+leucovorin+oxaliplatin combined chemotherapy+capecitabine combined chemotherapy. Theclinical efficacy, adverse reactions and sleep quality were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of the experimentalgroup was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantlylower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in sleep quality between the twogroups of patients;after treatment, the sleep quality of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionCapecitabine has significant clinical effect in the treatment of elderly advanced gastrointestinal tumors, which can improve the sleep quality of patientsand reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of promotion.
