Nr-CWS用于清除高危型HPV持续性感染预防宫颈癌的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的观察Nr-CWS(Nocardia rubra Cell Wall Skeleton for External Use)清除高危型HPV(Human Papilloma Virus)持续性感染的疗效与安全性,了解其是否具有特异性。方法收集2018年6月—2020年6月郑州大学第一附属医院妇科门诊就诊的高危型HPV持续性感染且不伴宫颈病变患者,根据治疗方式不同分为实验组(Nr-CWS组)100例,对照组(干扰素组)100例,空白对照组(未使用任何药物)100例。比较三组对HPV的清除率,并观察Nr-CWS对不同数量HPV亚型感染治疗的疗效。结果 (1)实验组总清除率为76%,对照组总清除率为45%,空白对照组清除率为31%,三组对比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=38.480,P=0.000),三组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义。(2)Nr-CWS用于治疗单一HPV型别感染及多型别HPV感染对比差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.077,P=0.781>0.05)。结论 Nr-CWS清除高危型HPV持续性感染疗效显著,对清除单一HPV亚型感染及多重HPV亚型感染疗效相当,使用过程中不良反应较少,使患者易于接受,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Nr-CWS in the removal of high-risk persistent HPV infection, and to understand whether it is specific.Methods Patients with high-risk HPV persistent infection without cervical lesions who visited the department of gynaecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2018 to June 2020 were collected and divided into experimental group(Nr-CWS group), control group(interferon group) and blank control group(without any drugs) according to different treatment methods. The infection clearance rates of Nr-CWS group, control group and blank control group were compared, and the therapeutic effect of Nr-CWS on different number of HPV subtypes was observed.Results The total effective rate was 76.0% in the experimental group, 45.0% in the control group, 31% in the blank control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=38.480, P=0.000), pairwise comparisons between the three groups were statistically significant. There was no statistically significant difference between Nr-CWS in the treatment of single HPV type infection and multi-hpv type infection(χ^(2)=0.077, P=0.781>0.05).Conclusion Nr-CWS has a significant effect on the removal of high-risk persistent HPV infection. It has the same effect on the removal of single HPV subtype infection and multiple HPV subtypes infection. It has fewer adverse reactions during the use and is easy to accept, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
