A型肉毒毒素治疗特发性眼睑痉挛的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察A型肉毒毒素治疗特发性眼睑痉挛的疗效及其产生的不良反应。方法收集2018年1月—2020年8月郑州市第二人民医院行A型肉毒毒素注射治疗特发性眼睑痉挛的患者共90例,根据患者病情,使用浓度为2.5U/0.1 mL的A型肉毒毒素,注射于患者上下眼睑中内1/3和中外1/3处,外眦颞侧皮下眼轮匝肌内,眉弓及眉间处皮下,观察患者注射前后病情变化并分析治疗效果。结果 69例患者注射后眼睑痉挛症状完全缓解,21例患者症状得到明显缓解,其中,6例患者治疗后出现皮肤瘀斑,轻度皮肤水肿,1例患者出现术后轻度上睑下垂。90例患者注射后1~6个月后眼睑痉挛复发,再次注射后仍取得良好疗效。结论 A型肉毒毒素治疗眼睑痉挛效果好,不良反应较少,患者接受度高,用药后2周内起效,维持药效约1~6个月,可重复注射。Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of idiopathic blepharospasm.Methods Chose Jan. 2018 to Aug. 2020 in our hospital of botulinum toxin A injection in the treatment of idiopathic blepharospasm patients 90 cases, according to patients condition, use the concentration of 2.5 U/0.1 mL of botulinum toxin A injection in patients with upper and lower eyelids in 1/3 place both at inside and outside, lateral canthus temporal subcutaneous orbicularis oculi muscle, between the eyebrows and the eyebrow in subcutaneous, observe patients condition change before and after injection and analyze the treatment effect.Results Thesymptoms of blepharospasm were completely relieved after injection in 69 patients, and the symptoms were significantly relieved in 21 patients. Among them, 6 patients developed skin ecchymosis and mild skin edema after treatment, and 1 patient developed mild postoperative ptosis. Ninety patients with blepharospasm recurred 1~6 months after injection, and still got good effect after injection.Conclusion Botulinum toxin Type A has good effect on blepharospasm with few side effects.,Patient acceptance is high. It takes effect within 2 weeks after use and maintains its efficacy for about 1~6 months. It can be injected repeatedly.
