摘 要:为探讨深埋大理岩岩爆时序演化过程各阶段破坏模式,采用MTS 815电液伺服测试系统与PCI-Ⅱ型声发射监测系统,对铜绿山铜铁矿深埋大理岩岩样进行单轴加载岩爆模拟试验.试验结果表明:岩样破坏过程具有典型的全应力-应变曲线特征;岩样发生岩爆整体破坏之前,AE振铃计数具有明显的“平静期”,可作为岩爆发生的特征信号;在岩爆演变过程中,声发射绝对能量大致可分为稳定增长阶段、平静阶段、快速增长阶段、二次增长阶段及最终阶段.分析声发射特征参数的RA-AF散点分布图,得出岩样的破坏模式为:张剪复合型破坏,以张拉破坏为主.分析声发射特征参数的RA-AF时序演化得出:随着加载的进展,岩样张拉破坏减弱,剪切破坏加强.研究成果为铜绿山铜铁矿岩爆灾害的防治提供理论支撑.Using MTS 815 electro-hydraulic servo test system and PCI-Ⅱ type acoustic emission monitoring system in order to study the failure mode of deep-buried marble in each stage of the rock burst time series evolution process,uniaxial loading rockburst simulation tests were carried out on the deep buried marble samples in Tonglvshan Mine.The test results show that the failure process of rock samples has typical characteristics of total stress-strain curves,and the AE ringing count of rock samples has obvious“quiet period”before the whole failure of rock burst,which can be used as the characteristic signal of the occurrence of rock burst.During the evolution of rock burst,the absolute energy of acoustic emission can be divided into stable growth stage,calm stage,rapid growth stage,secondary growth stage and final stage.By analyzing the RA-AF scattered point distribution of acoustic emission characteristic parameters,it is concluded that the failure mode of rock samples is tension-shear composite failure,mainly tensioning failure.By analyzing the RA-AF time series evolution of acoustic emission characteristic parameters,it is concluded that with the development of loading,the tensile failure of rock samples is weakened and the shear failure is strengthened.The research results provide theoretical support for the prevention and control of Tonglvshan ore rock explosion disaster.
