摘  要:为了帮助人类对三种海藻食品有更加清晰的认识和了解,采用微波消解技术对三种海藻食品海带、紫菜及裙带菜进行消解。以火焰原子吸收法AAS测定其中Ca,Zn和Fe三种元素的含量。该方法线性范围宽、操作简单、快速、灵敏度高、准确性好。各元素的线性方程相关系数均在0.999以上,相对标准偏差在0.05%~1.19%(n=6)之间,回收率98.07%~104.19%之间。实验结果表明海藻食品含有人体所需元素,通过试验测定的结果可为海带、紫菜及裙带菜的应用研究提供基础。In order to help humans in deeply understanding the property of the three kinds of seaweed foods,microwave digestion technology was used to digest the three kinds of seaweed foods kelp,seaweed and wakame.The content of Ca,Zn and Fe three elements was determined by flame atomic absorption method AAS.The method had wide linear range,simple operation,fast speed,high sensitivity and good accuracy.The correlation coefficient of the linear equation of each element was above 0.999,the relative standard deviation was between 0.05%and 1.19%(n=6),and the recovery rate was between 98.07%and 104.19%.The experimental results showed that the seaweed food contained the elements needed by the human body.The results determined by the experiment can provide the basis for the application research of kelp,laver and wakame.
