摘  要:基于保健食品检验核心素养,围绕保健食品中铅含量检测实验进行教学设计。介绍了原子吸收法检测美国洋参胶囊中铅含量的实验教学设计,并采用外标标准曲线法进行定量分析。该实验教学设计涉及样品和标准品溶液制备、原子吸收光度计的使用、外标法定量分析与计算等内容,对培养学生实践动手能力和规范意识有重要意义,同时实验内容与企业实际检验相契合,更好的发挥实验教学的无缝对接作用。The experiment teaching design was carried out around the lead content detection in health food based on the core literacy of health food testing.The experiment of determination of lead in American yangshen capsules by atomic absorption spectrometry was introduced,and the external standard curve method was used for quantitative analysis.The experimental teaching design involved the preparation of samples and standard solutions,the use of atomic absorption photometer,the quantitative analysis and calculation of external standard method,etc.,which was of great significance for cultivating students practical ability and normative awareness,and the experiment had close relevance to the actual test of the enterprise,which made the experiment teaching more meaningful.
