E.max铸瓷粘接桥修复单个前牙缺失的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察E.max铸瓷粘接桥修复单个前牙缺失的短期临床效果。方法对就诊的5例单个前牙缺失患者,应用E.max铸瓷粘接桥进行修复。患者于修复后3个月、半年、1年复诊,从牙体完整性、继发龋、邻接关系、修复体情况、边缘密合性以及颜色满意等方面对粘接桥的修复效果进行评价。结果5例患者随访期均满1年,观察期间,所有患者的基牙牙体完整;无继发龋;无食物嵌塞;粘接桥无变色、崩瓷、折裂、松动脱落等情况发生,修复体边缘密合性良好,患者满意。结论E.max铸瓷粘接桥修复单个前牙缺失获得了微创美观的修复效果,但其抗折强度及粘接强度能否满足临床长期要求尚须进一步观察。Objective To observe the short-term clinical effect of e.Ax porcelain bonded bridge in repairing single anterior tooth loss.Methods 5 patients with single anterior tooth loss were treated and repaired by e.ax cast porcelain bridge.The patients were revisited 3 months,6 months and 1 year after the repair,and the repair effect of the adhesive bridge was evaluated from the aspects of tooth integrity,secondary caries,adjacency relationship,restoration condition,edge tightness and satisfactory color.Results All the 5 patients were followed up for 1 year.During the observation period,the abutment teeth of all the patients were intact.No secondary caries;No food impaction;No discoloration,porcelain cracking,cracking,looseness and falling off occurred in the adhesive bridge,and the edge of the repair body was good and the patient was satisfied.Conclusion E.ax porcelain bonded bridge has a minimally invasive and aesthetic effect in repairing single anterior tooth loss.However,whether the flexural strength and bonding strength can meet the long-term clinical requirements remains to be further observed.
