摘  要:目的观察应用口内扫描结合数字化印模技术对单牙缺失的种植修复患者的取模时间及修复体试戴调磨时间的影响。方法选择42例单颗后牙缺失的种植患者,按照信封法随机分为观察组(数字口内扫描结合数字化印模技术)及对照组(采用常规硅橡胶取模)。对单个修复体的调磨部位及调磨时间进行记录,并观察修复效果、修复满意度及随访。结果2组患者邻面接触区、穿龈区、咬合面、唇颊外形比较,差异不显著(P<0.05);观察组试戴时间明显低于对照组(P>0.05)。2组修复效果比较(P<0.05)。修复后1个月,两组边形相比(P<0.05);但观察组颜色、舒适度、满意度及费用均优于对照组(P>0.05)。结论口内扫描结合数字化印模技术效果更佳,精准度更高,患者满意度更高。Objective To observe the effect of intraoral scanning combined with digital impression technology on the time of mold taking and the time of fitting and grinding of prosthesis for patients with single tooth missing implant.Methods forty-two patients with single posterior tooth loss were selected and randomly divided into observation group(digital intraoral scanning combined with digital impression technology)and control group(conventional silicone rubber impression)according to the envelope method.The grinding position and grinding time of a single repair body were recorded,and the repair effect,repair satisfaction and follow-up were observed.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in the appearance of adjacent contact area,perforating gingival area,occlusal surface and labial and buccal surfaces(P<0.05).The trial time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P>0.05).Comparison of repair effect between the two groups(P<0.05).One month after repair,the two groups were compared(P<0.05).However,the color,comfort,satisfaction and cost of the observation group were superior to those of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Intraoral scanning combined with digital impression technology has better effect,higher accuracy and higher patient satisfaction.
