透穴针法配合头部阿是穴治疗颈源性头痛患者的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨透穴针法配合头部阿是穴治疗颈源性头痛的临床价值。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月期间,我院接收的颈源性头痛患者90例,采用随机分组的方法分为两组,将给予常规针刺治疗的45例设为A组,将给予透穴针法配合头部阿是穴治疗的45例设为B组,对比治疗结果。结果治疗后,B组患者临床疗效、VAS以及颈椎活动度均明显优于A组,P<0.05;结论透穴针法配合头部阿是穴治疗颈源性头痛疗效理想,可有效改善患者临床症状,值得推广。Objective to explore the clinical value of point-through-point acupuncture combined with toutouashi point in the treatment of cervical headache.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,90 patients with cervical headache admitted by our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.45 patients receiving conventional acupuncture therapy were set as group A,and 45 patients receiving point-through-point acupuncture combined with scalp ashi point therapy were set as group B,and the treatment results were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy,VAS and cervical mobility of group B were significantly better than that of group A.P<0.05.Conclusion Point-through-point acupuncture combined with point a shi of the head is an ideal therapeutic effect for cervical headache,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and is worth promoting.
